Who are we?
The National Association for the Regulation of Domains and the Internet (ANRDI) is an independent structure dedicated to the security, transparency and regulation of the digital space in France.
Faced with the growing complexity of the Internet, from domain name management to cybersecurity and GDPR compliance issues, ANRDI positions itself as a trusted actor to support, inform and protect citizens, businesses and institutions.
Our 3 pillars of action
1. Regulation and Governance
We analyze the French and European legal framework (LCEN, GDPR, domain name legislation) and publish reference work to help stakeholders understand their rights and obligations. We participate in the public debate on Internet governance to defend an open, stable and secure ecosystem.
2. Fight against fraud (Phishing, Cybersquatting)
ANRDI provides practical tools and proven methodologies to detect, report and curb online abuse. Whether to recover a cybersquatted domain name or report a phishing campaign, our experts document the procedures (UDRP, SYRELI, abuse contacts) to make it easier for victims to take action.
3. Support and Digital Compliance
Because IT security is everyone's business, we publish practical guides and digital hygiene checklists. We make organizations aware of the importance of protecting their infrastructures (SSL certificates, DNSSEC) and respecting user privacy (Privacy by Design).
Our independence and our values
ANRDI relies on a team of multidisciplinary experts (lawyers specializing in digital law, cybersecurity engineers, data protection delegates). We guarantee complete editorial independence and one scientific rigor in all of our publications.
All our resources, guides and analyzes are made available to the public in a transparent manner, with the sole aim of contributing to a safer digital space for all.
