Preamble on Reliability of Information (YMYL)
The themes covered by ANRDI — legal regulation, IT security, legal compliance — have a direct impact on the financial, legal and digital security of our readers. These topics are qualified by international information standards as “Your Money or Your Life” (YMYL).
Consequently, ANRDI imposes the strictest standards in terms of Expertise, Authority and Reliability.
Our 4 editorial commitments
1. Expertise and review process (Peer-Review)
Each article, guide or analysis published on the ANRDI website is written by a recognized expert in his field (digital law lawyer, cybersecurity expert, ISO 27001 auditor). Before publication, the content is subject to peer review within our scientific and technical committee to ensure factual and legal accuracy.
2. Transparency and traceability of sources
ANRDI undertakes to systematically cite its sources. The legal texts, case law, institutional technical reports (ANSSI, CNIL, ICANN, Afnic) or international standards (RFC) on which we rely are explicitly mentioned and, when possible, linked to the official source.
3. Total independence
ANRDI is an independent entity. Our publications are not dictated by any commercial interest or external pressure. The technical or legal recommendations made in our guides are the result of an objective and neutral analysis, aimed solely at protecting the general interest.
4. Continuous Update (Freshness)
The legal framework and cyber threats are evolving very quickly. ANRDI undertakes to regularly review its fundamental contents (Pillars and Guides) to reflect the current state of the art and case law. The last update date is always transparently displayed.
Report an error
Despite all the rigor brought to our publications, a technical or legal error may occur. If you notice an inaccuracy, we invite you to report it to us via our institutional contact form. Our proofreading committee will process your request as soon as possible.
